岐王宅里寻常见，崔九堂前几度闻。

正是江南好风景，落花时节又逢君。

Du Fu

I saw you very often in Prince Qi’s mansion;

Many times I heard you sing in Cui the ninth’s hall.

The scenery of Jiangnan is now most beautiful;

It’s a pity that we should meet in a flower-falling season.

Often did I see you in King Qi’s dome;

I sometimes heard you sing at Lord Cui’s home.

Now Spring in South, at streams, hils and plains all;
