im starting to get really irritated with this phpbb.. it keeps killing my posts with a debug mode or that other error about hell. I use alot of phpbb and this one is the only one thats giving me trouble and its soo random that i dont know which posts to copy before hitting submit and which ones not too... [email protected]!

anyhow.

I created a new graph with new data sources and old data sources. The old data sources were setup using the same OID's but they were setup to use "Gauge", the new data sources are setup to use "Counter". That is the only difference. The new graph uses all six data sources. The data sources setup as "Counter" show on the graph and are in a up/down format. The old data sources when they are on the graph they didnt move much and they could only go up. I am using the old data sources to show the printers lifetime totals. I am using the new data sources on the graph and as the max and current numbers.

It would be nice to use the three new data sources setup as "Counter" to do everything on the graph including the lifetime total, but i would assume since they do not log full number provided by the OID, it woud not be possible to show the total pages printed without using the old data sources setup to use "Gauge".

I looked at the summation, that appears to only cacluate whats on the graph or what has been graphed, it doesnt seem to work in counting the total pages printed.

For instance, they may print 20-50 pages in the 5 minute window, but over the printers lifetime they have printed 300,000 pages. Graphing the 300,000 would be pointless as any rise in pages would so slightly change the grarh.

Thoughts?
