RPiPLAY for odroid n2+

Note that it is a console application. Its not intended for use with X11/Wayland. If c2play works, this should also work.

Build instructions are unchanged. As this is a work in progress, the "dummy" audio/video renderers were used to implement Amlogic support. They should be moved to a new set in the future.

You may need to run ./autogen.sh in the https://gitlab.com/othercrashoverride/o ... rs/fdk-aac folder. This will create some files if they are missing.
