Resource Surveyor Location All Field StationsBlack Anthill LabHaze LabHedge LabOak LabPond LabUndershed Lab The Resource Surveyor is a object located in a Field Stations and labs that allows the player to scan for different Resources. It can be activated from a outpost located in the Hedge near the Apricop Punch-O, in the middle the zipline near it.

The Resource Surveyor will be active once flipping a switch in a hedge outpost to the left of the first zipline. Once active, its distance for when it can scan resources will be determined by the amount of Field Stations and labs the player has discovered. Each station has its own radar that will differ in size. If the resource selected is in the radars zone, it will be pinged by a red or orange square on the map in which the player can place a waypoint on it. All field stations will automatically start scanning once one field station starts to scan, meaning (ex: the player could scan for Fungal Growth in the Haze from the Hedge). A resource will be added to the list after it has been analyzed in the Resource Analyzer, unless it is unable to be analyzed in which it must simply be discovered. The surveyor can also scan for other resources such as Dew Drops, which only need to be discovered to work. Finite or useless resources such as Pet Memorials or Rotten Equipment won't be able to be searched for. If the item or resource comes from Creatures/Resource Nodes will instead ping the node/creature (ex: scanning for Spider Chunks will show the location of Infected Wolf Spiders, Orb Weavers, Orb Weaver Jrs, and Wolf Spiders.)
