Try this.

1. turn on WiFi tethering via the iPhone.

2 connect the system to the iPhone tethered via the wireless connection.

3. without closing the iPhone tethering, disconnect the straps of the iPhone system.

Satellite M100 - TFncKy crashing as soon as Windows connects

Had this problem with only one of the user accounts on my M100, the other account is not the problem.

As soon as I am connected to Windows message pop - up TFncKy has close unexpectedly (send error report, do not send the error report, etc.) and whenever one of the arrow keys or the multimedia keys is pressed the same way unexpected message appears, so it is quite common/frustrating and also makes all these keys uselss actually.

I also tried to open the file in C:\Program Toshiba Toshiba Controls\TFncKy.exe directly, but it crashes as soon as his ' open.The computer is practically brand new with minimal additional programs installed that it may conflict with.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any ideas would be very appreciated.

I m not 100% sure, but maybe the user account has the right wrong and, therefore, the Toshiba FN keys will not work.Please check the right user and if it won't help I recommend reinstall the Hotkey utility. To do that you must be logged in as this user or administrator account.

If the question is displayed if the application must be available for each account on this laptop please select Yes.

WiFi has limited after upgrade to 8.1 windows connectivity

Windows connection service cannot be loaded

I have windows 7 ultimate sp1 operating system running on my HP XW4600 workstation. recently I have problems with user profiles. I removed all other user profiles and create the administrator by default to help solve some of these problems. Sticky notes couldn't work on my account so it would work on any other account that the account is an administrator. This made me remove my user folder and try to create a new. This is where the problems started. I tried a few fixes provided on the pages of Microsoft without success. I tried to create accounts with administrator privileges by using regedit. Creating a profile is always successful. Trying to connect was the worst nightmare I've ever had.

I have attached a few photos of the method that I use to create a new user.

I'm stuck around the window in user accounts in Control Panel. By clicking on the button Add a new user does not work. I tried to run a Microsoft fixit, but he could not give an error message. I could use any kind of help.

Windows connection problems and "Windows could not log in the Windows Event Service.

September 14, 2014, I installed the hotfix for Windows (KB2590550).

When I try to log on to a standard user account (not Admin), I would get an error that might say something like "Windows could not connect to the Windows Service Service event".聽 I click OK and then get a totally blank screen showing on the arrow of the mouse (which can be moved).

Around this same time, when I was able to connect, I got a "not genuine Windows" pop up.聽 My windows 7 came factory-installed by Dell (Dec. 2011) and I got no re-imaging, re - install or repair since I got the computer.聽 I've also been running Symantec Endpoint Protection (version DoD) for 2011 as well.

When I login as administrator (different account), I get an error "Failed to connect to the Windows Event Service" or something like it in a control bar bubble popup.

I studied the Knowledge Base, and he said to apply the patch to KB2590550.

Since then, the question is still common and works (sometimes) when I reset the password for the standard user.聽 In addition, all updates of the operating system, patches, etc. have failed since then.

Now, I get occasional blue screens immediately as windows starts to load (just after the initial windows graphics) which triggers a reboot.

tnsping TXEIS never returns when called since Linux trying to to connect/tnsping gateway running Windows. Locally, on Windows, I can tnsping TXEIS w/o any problems.

Download and run the Disable_AutoAdminLogon.reg file and it will automatically disable you connect as an administrator when you restart the system.

OK, knowing that you upgraded to windows 8. Connection Manager does not come with Win8.

Windows 8 built in connection in the charms bar Manager, that you can use. When you have installed Win8 you got an error message asking to claim for compensation.

Are you trying to connect wireless or ethernet cable? Have you checked your connections are enabled? If you use the wireless option, you use the hp or windows connection manager?

I sugest you try to connect with an ethernet cable and go to the network connection in Control Panel and check if your local connection is enabled.聽If you connect through a router has the DHCP settings.

If you use the wireless you will need to enter the connection as a new SSID and key details
