Can't download FIFA 21 on EA Desktop

Every time I try to install the game it fails with this error message(See attached screenshot). I have tried all of the following troubleshooting steps:Re-installed desktop app a bunch of times

Cleared program data and app data  for EA desktop and OriginRe-installed the xbox app

Tried the download/install with the xbox app uninstalledUnlinked all accounts from my EA account and re-linked the xbox account
