Users can access all summary statistics from the Catalog FTP site, which is updated nightly following submission. They can also be accessed in the tables below (separate tables for the published and unpublished summary statistics). Metadata associated with summary statistics can be downloaded from Downloads.

If you are an author and have summary statistics you would like to submit to the GWAS Catalog please visit our submission page. These data are made available either through CC0 or EMBL-EBI鈥檚 standard terms of use, more details can be found here . For licensing information of individual studies, please reveal "Usage License" column.
