Sun Mountain Kegonsa, L.L.C. (“SMK”) is the manager of the Badger Fund of Funds I, L.P. (the “Badger Fund”). SMK is a partnership between Kegonsa Capital Partners and Sun Mountain Capital Partners, L.L.C. that was formed in 2011. The Badger Fund is a fund of funds investment vehicle focused on making investments in emerging fund managers in the State of Wisconsin. The Badger Fund was established in 2015 with a $25 million commitment from the State of Wisconsin through Wisconsin 2013 ACT 41 and investment from private investors. The Badger Fund is closed and is no longer accepting any investment commitments.
