Starting 21 April 2023, the reconnection fees are:

RM21.20 (inclusive of SST): If you reconnect for the first or second time in a calendar year AND you reconnect within 60 days from invoice date; orRM42.40 (inclusive of SST): If you reconnect for the third or more times in a calendar year OR you reconnect after 61 days from invoice date.

Please refer to the below table for the applicable charges:

Important Note: Please be informed that should your Astro Service be disconnected and you reconnect on the same day, you will be charged a reconnection fee of only RM21.20 (inclusive of SST). The reconnection counter will not apply.
