Dell Technologies hiring Sr Consulting Product Manager APEX IaaS in Ireland

This role will report directly to the Vice President of Product Management for Pan Dell APEX. You will work across several cross functional partners including the office of the CTO, Engineering leadership/architects, product management, internal business units and external partners. You will drive the Infrastructure as a Service roadmap/strategy as well as act as an evangelist for our platforms across the company and our partners as we bring more workloads and higher-level service offerings to bear.

This role requires deep product management knowledge and specifically IaaS product management experience. It also requires a solid understanding of virtualization and container ecosystems and infrastructure systems such as servers, network storage, network switches and related subsystems. Strong collaboration skills are an absolute must as is the ability to drive detailed definition in one sentence and articulate industry-wide concepts in the next. Your “dynamic range” will be tested to its limit. This is a high impact/visibility role for an individual contributor that will set the direction for on-premises cloud products and reshape the IT industry as businesses transform from using IT infrastructure as traditional owned asset to infrastructure (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS).

The candidate will also be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for Dell Technologies APEX Infrastructure as a Service offerings, which are used by our customers to host workloads across a spectrum of customer owned data centers, edge sites and public clouds.

You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business.
