I don’t typically use Apple products, but I won an iPhone 14 so I replaced my Samsung Galaxy s10e with it. The iPhone 14 is pretty solid with good build quality Apple is known for. I like the flat edges on the sides, the camera is nice and takes clear and crisp pictures and video. The performance is good, the phone handles anything I use it for with ease. The battery life is great too, lasting at least 2 days for me and I use my phone a lot over the course of the day. I still have to learn the ins and outs of iOS, the different shortcuts, and the UI, but right now I’m happy with the phone and think it’s pretty comparable to a Samsung flagship i.e. S23. I do miss some of the freedom of Andriod, but I’m surprised how much I like the phone. I wish they replaced the Lightning connector with USB-C on this generation (iPhone 15 will use USB-C) and having to use the proprietary cables is one complaint I have, but the Samsung wireless charger I have still charges it just fine when I don’t feel like plugging it in. Overall I’d give it a 4.5/5 and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an upgrade. In the future I’m going to consider both Apple and Android phones rather than immediately going with Android.
