SCI论文投稿催稿信、撤稿信以及responses模板

　　前不久收到一个Letter期刊的邀请审稿信，一开始看稿子，感觉有创新性，文句表达很不错，我审稿一般都会仔细看稿件后面列的参考文献全文，这一看不打紧，审稿这么多，也从没发现稿件作者这么厉害的，作者文章内容是从已经发表的多篇相关文章里东抄一段西抄一段的。连最吸引我的创新性东西也从他人文章获得，实验方法材料都一样，这样怎么能标榜自己文章是novel?。更气人的是，作者抄句子是大段大段的，一个字也不改。一篇文章，至少有50%的文字是一字不差抄别人的，还有20%左右也是抄句子，只是改了实验数据数字。幸亏自己是文献找寻好手，也有多年审稿经验，要不然还真让过了。难怪在自己刚看稿件时，觉得这个国内作者英文写的太好了，尤其是前言部分，写的特别地道，当时的确也有些怀疑，因为自己也审过不少国内作者的文章，大部分前言写的不是很好，语法错误也多，这篇文章前言写的特好，让我吃惊。我不知道这个第一作者为什么这么干，也许急于毕业?不管怎样，还是希望版上虫友吸取经验，不要急于求成。

　　感觉到现在国内科研风气真是很糟，为SCI文章，为基金项目，每个人过的不容易，在这个大环境下，随波逐流的很多，我不是标榜自己有多清高，但觉得科研发SCI文章申请基金都很重要，但我们的科研产出有多少?一堆堆的文章出来，有多少能用于应用和民生?回头看看自己发的SCI文章，感觉很是羞愧吧，不能成果转化。很是希望各位的研究成果能转化科技力量，造福于民。当然，科研及其项目的持续性也很重要，一个成果转化产品或示范应用需要时间积累，但国内现在就不缺文章和基金，发了文章后项目又换一个，又去跟风研究，然后又去申请新项目，不免有不良循环，钱堆起来了一大堆文章。国内大多数科研人缺失的是应用考虑、忧虑思想，多的是急于求成、盲目跟风。谁谁一年发20篇SCI，谁谁又申请到面上项目，谁谁拿到了973，谁谁又…。研究生发SCI文章为了毕业，导师们发文章为了申请基金、稳住职称，牛们发文章为了杰青、长江学者、千人百人到院士。各有各的不幸、各有各的前程、各有各的命运。之所以写以上这些，不是愤青，很是担心版上虫友将来会误了自己的学生或下属：)。

　　再附上一封撤稿信，投稿后审稿人提出修改，需要补充数据、理论等一堆内容，短时间不能修定，只好撤稿，撤稿也需要理由。

　　Thank you very much for your kind remind and helps. However, we are sorry that we have to withdraw the submission of our paper (Manuscript Number,MN:…) . The reason is that, first, if we revise the paper according to the reviewers' comments point by point, we will pay much time to make tests and then plot the data in the revised paper, second, we feel that we have not yet studied our work completely and have some difficulties to answer some questions of the reviewers' comments and add their answers or solutions in the revised paper quickly. Of course, our work in this paper is complex and difficult because it is related with the magnetism, mechanics, electrostatics, electrics and some couplings among them.
