types of gene variation：synonymous mutation、missense mutation、non-sense mutation, insert, deletion,in-frame mutation, frame-shift mutation,

1. synonymous mutation: point mutation that do not affect corresponding protein structure

2. missense mutation:point mutation that changed the corresponding protein structure

3. non-sense mutation: point mutation that caused transcriptiong ending of the corresponding protein.

4. insert mutation: one or more bases inserted into primary DNA sequence

5. deletion: one or more based deleted from the original DNA sequence

6. in-frame mutation: mutations that don't induce frameshift. such as point mutation

7. frame-shift mutation:mutations that caused frameshift, such as deletion or insertion
