Is the problem with losing dogbones unique to the TT02D or all of them? The TT02D is my only TT02 onroad, I have a couple of buggies too.

@jupitertwo have you considered just buying bulk bearings instead of a set? I add themto rcmart orders, 10 bearings are about USD3.50 so I just always have them. Its much cheaper and then you have spares too

I've got a bottom Spec TT-02 that I built a Rally out of.... Went a little NUTZ though!

I got Aluminium Upper A Arms (for adjustability and bling!). Left the standard FRP Lower A Arms, to maintain an inexpensive sacrificial weak point.

Yeah Racing Ball Raced Steering Bellcrank (an absolute MUST HAVE!!)

After the fifth time losing a Front Dogbone, I fitted Yeah Racing CVDs in Front. The Rear FRP Dogbones and Cups are shockingly tough!

Yeah Racing 65mm Aluminum Shocks (because I did some creative grinding for extra ground clearance).

With a 13.5T Brushless, I have YET to go through ONE set of FRP Diff Gears!!! 😲

Got the High Speed Spur Gear, Aluminium Motor Mount, Servo Mounts and Suspension Pivots.

And.... Tamiya BLUE FRP Chassis Tub, Diff Covers and Motor Cover.

Compared to others here, doesn't sound like much.... But with my Pathetic Disability Budget, that was quite a bit! It's an ongoing 4 year project, that STILL doesn't even have a BODY yet. I just wanted to see what's possible with this basic, lower line, Jack of all Trades Chassis!! 😉
