python turtle画表情包

之前在GitHub上有看到有用turtle画玫瑰的，csdn上也有很多类似的代码，挑了一个画表情包代码留存。（因为是我平常最喜欢用的表情包）使用海龟绘图可以编写重复执行简单动作的程序画出精细复杂的形状。（官方解释）
