1. 预约 & Walk-in 检测时间：(现开放双检测预约)

Step 1: 点击下方链接注册，第一个问题选”No”Step 2: 选择 IgM/PCR (核酸、血清检测)Step 3: 选择检测日期+时间 ( 一个家庭请每人填写一份，如无同一时间，可选不同时间后，检测日同一时间来诊所检测即可)Step 4: 填写个人信息  (OHIP/UHIP/No Health #请依次填写)Step 5: 在线填写Consent Form (采血授权同意书) & COVID-19 Screening Questions (健康问答)

4. COVID-19政府限制要求须知 (Government Lock-down Restrictions)：

请自觉保持2米社交距离，全部检测流程时间大约5-10分钟。旅客们进入店内后也请严格遵守社交距离，听从工作人员安排。(Please maintain social distancing)

5. 验血前请务必进食早餐，多喝水

We recommend travellers eat breakfast and drink plenty of water before your tests.

6. 结果查询 (Get your results):

结果将以email形式当晚发送，诊所前台会与您再次核对email信息。如检测结果为阳性或弱阳性，则检测时间较长，云顶医疗工作人员会及时通知您。You will receive results by email. Our receptionist will verify your email with you on your testing day.
