Interview assessment usually includes professional interview, comprehensive interview, and comprehensive assessment. For some R&D positions, hands-on tests are added. For non-R&D positions, group interviews are added. For some non-R&D positions, language assessment is added. The main interview and assessment activities will be completed within one day. After the interview, the interviewer will receive an interview result notice, and the candidate will receive the offer after passing the interview.
