观念设计丨SUPERCORE水果店

SUPERCORE水果店位于浙江绍兴鲁迅西路大云市场旁,是一家旨在行业内开辟新路径的品牌水果店,致力于满足消费者对于新鲜水果的需求,同时打造舒适的空间来提升购买体验。

SUPERCORE is located in Shaoxing. It is a brand fruit store aiming to open up a new path in the industry. It is dedicated to meeting the needs of consumers for fresh fruit and creating comfortable space to enhance the purchase experience.

水果行业竞争激烈,除了最具有吸引力的特点物美价廉之外,作为设计师需要思考的是如何通过设计使该店在行业中脱颖而出。通过调研市场上已有的水果店,发现“绿色”一以贯之,消费者脑中已然对于水果店有了特定的图像认知。那么我们的水果店该是怎样的画像?

Through the research, it is found that the “green” is consistent in the existing fruit stores, and consumers have specific image cognition for the fruit stores. So what‘s the image of our fruit shop?

水果五彩缤纷,什么颜色可以包容、衬托它们?答案:白色。

Fruit is colorful, what color can contain, foil? Answer: White.

根据调研,我们抛出了一些问题:水果店的消费人群有什么特点?水果店的经营模式有什么可能性?水果是怎么买的?

What are the characteristics of the main consumers of fruit shops? What are the possibilities for the fruit store business model? How did you buy the fruit?

观察买水果的过程,得出以下几个步骤:1.试吃水果 2.挑选水果 3.购买水果。看似简单的步骤却为设计带来了极大的启发,在过程中加入“坐下来吃水果”的环节,增加休闲空间,通过空间产生心理暗示,传达“每天吃点水果”的健康理念。

Added the“sitting down to eat fruit”step,increase the leisure space, Through the psychological implication generated by the space, conveyed the healthy concept of “Eating some fruit every day”.

平面布置因此得到了唯一的答案,通过采用超长条售卖形式,达到引流以及视线跟随的目的,顾客进入店铺挑选心仪的水果后可到每个售卖区的尾部进行洗涤,如果有足够多的时间,可以顺势在空间中最安静的地方进行品尝,最后结账离开店铺。流线设计满足消费者购买水果的必要步骤。

Entering the store to select the desired fruit, customers can wash it at the end of each selling area, if have time can stay in?the most quiet place to taste, finally, check out the store. The streamline design meets the necessary steps for consumers to purchase fruit.

根据甲方的经营理念,希望水果的包装上也有所创新,因此这是一次室内设计与品牌设计结合的过程。杭州品牌公司所提供了部分品牌视觉方案。

We hope that there will be some innovation in the packaging of fruits. Therefore, this is a process of combining interior design with brand design.
