化学发光微粒子免疫分析法在梅毒血清学检测中的应用

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the application value of chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA) in serological detection of syphilis.Methods:The special antibody of treponema pallidum in clinical specimens were screened using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the 86 positive samples were detected by CMIA and treponema pallidum particle agglutination assay(TPPA).The detection result was analyzed,and the value of CMIA was compared with the tolulized red unheated serum test(TRUST).Results:Among 84 positive samples detected by ELISA,84 positive samples and 2 negative samples were identified using the TPPA detection.The coincidence rate of ELISA test was 97.67%,and the coincidence rate of CMIA and TPPA was 100%.The false negative rate of TRUST was higher,and the positive rate of TRUST increased significantly with the increasing of detection value of CMIA(PConclusions:There is certain extent false positive rate in the syphilis screened by ELISA,CMIA can be the confirmation experiment in the screening of syphilis specific antibody.TRUST is suitable for the observation of curative effect.
