Personal information: means various information recorded by electronic or other means that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information.

Sensitive personal information: means any personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, will endanger personal safety or property safety, easily lead to damage or discriminatory treatment to personal reputation, physical and mental health. Under normal circumstances, the personal information of children under the age of 14 (inclusive) and information involving the privacy of natural persons are personal sensitive information. Deletion of personal information: means the process of removing personal information from the system involved in the realization of daily business functions, so that it remains in a state where such personal information cannot be retrieved or accessed.

Affiliates: means Yunxuetang’s affiliates, investment companies, and members of Yunxuetang group companies.

Anonymization: means the process in which the personal information subject cannot be identified or associated through technical processing of personal information, and the processed information cannot be recovered. The information obtained by anonymizing personal information is not personal information.

De-identification: means the process of technical processing of personal information to make it impossible to identify or associate the personal information subject without additional information.

Yunxuetang Platform: means Yunxuetang Enterprise talents services platform, which is referred as Xuanxing Cloud Learning.

User/Users: means the employees who are opened an account and authorized to use Yunxuetang Platform by the enterprise who is provided services by Yunxuetang Platform only in this Privacy Policy. It is kindly noted by you, the actual user/users of Yunxuetang Platform are enterprises who are provided services by Yunxuetang Platform, not any employees of such enterprises. In order to facilitate your understanding of this Privacy Policy, the above-mentioned employees are defined as "user/users" in this policy.

People's Republic of China or PRC: means the mainland of the People's Republic of China, for the purpose of this Privacy Policy only, excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region.
