I have an ASUS ROG STRIX G16, with an Intel i7 13650HX and an Nvidia RTX 4070. The i7 cpu is unlocked as it is a HX model. With Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, can overclock all p-core boost (thus all 6 cores/12 threads) to 5.3 ghz (undervolt-150mv, and e-core boost (thus all 8 e-cores) to 4.2ghz (undervolt - 125mv) + ring ratio to 4.8 ghz (L3 cache works at a higher frequency). No undervolt applied for the L2 E-cache or the system agent or the ring ratio, because there are no things to win here, and because of the stability.
Further I overclocked my RTX 4070 mobile with MSI Afterburner: GPU clock: 2655 mhz-2670mhz (+250 OC) and Memory clock 9000 mhz (+1000 OC) in heavy Ray tracing situations and 2700Mhz in non-ray tracing situations. And the RTX 4070 mobile is running at 1v, so it can use up to 140 watts in games (for real). It depends on the game, max GPU wattage that I have seen in games is 134 watts in Battlefield 1 on 200% resolution scale, so 4k, actually. Cyberpunk with ray tracing Ultra, frame generation + DLAA is using like 130 watts.
And regarding energie effienciency, I made an energy undervolt profile in Intel XTU + max 4-cores and 2 e- cores active. Max battery life in hours is 12 hours approx when doing light browsing or watching music on YouTube and 5% brightness on 100% accu.
