复数时可否换成

还是只能How red apples are?

那为什么单数时不表述为： How red a apple is.

     【答】在可数名词复数形式和不可数名词前面不能用“how + 形容词”构成感叹句，只能用“what + 形容词 + 可数名词复数形式(或不可数名词）”构成感叹句。所以：

       What red apples they are ！（正确）

       How red apples they are！ （错误）

       How red apples are！（错误）

       How red the apples are！(正确)

那为什么单数时不表述为： How red a apple is.

     【答】 How red a apple is. 有3个错误：（1）apple 是以元音读音开头的单词，不定冠词应该用 an，不能用 a ；（2）缺少主语  it；（3）句末应该用感叹号而不是句号。

       含有“how + 形容词”的感叹句句型应该是：“How + 形容词 + 不定冠词 + 可数名词单数形式 + 主语 + 谓语动词 + ！”如：

      How red an apple it is ！= What a red apple it is ！
