心率变异性的分析方法及其在临床麻醉深度监测中的应用与展望

目前，心率变异性（heart rate variability, HRV ）作为一种评估自主神经功能的无创监测技术已经取得诸多共识。文章阐述了HRV的分析方法、HRV与自主神经的关系、与目前临床用于麻醉深度监测的方法进行对比，并阐释了麻醉药物与HRV的关系，对HRV用于临床麻醉深度监测进行了探讨与展望。

In the recent years, heart rate variability (HRV) has been increasing recognized as a non-invasive monitoring technique to evaluate the function of autonomic nervous system. This article expounded the method of HRV analysis and introduced the relationship between HRV and the autonomic nervous system, while the current clinical methods to monitor the depth of anesthesia were compared. Meanwhile, this article explained the relationship between anesthetics and HRV, explored and prospected the application of HRV in monitoring the depth of clinical anesthesia.
