First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB)

FAB opened its branch in Shanghai in March 2022. This is the first branch of FAB in mainland China, and its primary mission is to develop FAB into a top bank from the Middle East and North Africa (“MENA”) region in mainland China. The Branch’s key focus will be to bridge trade and investment flows between the United Arab Emirates and the whole MENA region with mainland China. The Shanghai Branch supports Chinese corporates and financial institutions for their “going broad” strategy in the MENA region, as well as support FAB group customers with their interests in mainland China, providing comprehensive financing solutions in debt finance, trade finance, cash management, financial markets products, and a full range of other financial solutions.
