【摘要】

目的：探究延续性护理对宫颈癌术后化疗期间患者生活质量的影响和意义。方

法：选择

月在本院行宫颈癌根治术后给予化疗的

例患者，按照随机

数字表法分为试验组和对照组各

45

例，两组均采用常规护理，试验组加用延续性护理，比较

出院时、出院

个月后两组

QLQ-C30

功能领域、症状领域、单项测量问题和总体健康状况评

分、化疗依从性及患者满意率。

结果：出院时两组各指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（

P>0.05

）。出院

Abstract

 Objective

：

To explore the effect of extended nursing care on the quality of life in 

postoperative chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer.Method

：

From June 2014 to June 2016

，

90 postoperative chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into the experimental group

（

n=45

）

and the control group

（

n=45

）

.Two groups adopted usual nursing

，

the experimental group added 

extended nursing care.QLQ-C30 score

，

chemotherapy compliance and patient satisfaction of two 

groups were compared.Result

All projects of two groups had no statistical difference at discharge

）

.After 6 months

，

the control group’s QLQ

-C30 score had no statistically difference than 

before
