Trevor Noah在Born a Crime中提到，他有位朋友就叫Hitler，是位非常出色的舞者。Trevor小的时候，南非还在施行aparthied（种族隔离制度），黑人受教育的机会不多，他们并不知道希特勒是谁、干了些什么。

起名字的时候，为了便于白人们念出来，他们会去一个英文或者欧洲名字。一般这个名字是从圣经上或者好莱坞电影上随便找的，例如有人叫Mussolini（墨索里尼），有人叫Napolean（拿破仑）。有人叫Hitler也就没什么奇怪的了。

在南非黑人眼中，希特勒是一个狠角色。他们只知道为了打败他，那些白人们都得联合他们眼中低等的黑人去打仗。因此，希特勒不仅不是一个坏名字，还是一个好名呢，代表着强大、勇猛。
