关于旧厂房改造的几点务实建议

【摘要】

本文介绍了旧厂房改造出现的历史背景及

其现实意义，从建筑设计和结构设计两个方面总结了旧厂房

改造的几个原则。建筑设计强调了“空间优先”

、保温隔热、

自然通风与采光的概念，总体突出“务实”的原则；结构加

固强调了结构二次受力的特点和新旧材料结合部位的处理，

以保证新旧构件协调工作。

this paper introduces the transformation of 

old factory in the historical background and the practical 

significance, from building design and structure design of the two, 

this paper summarized in the reconstruction of old factory 

building several principles. Architecture design emphasizes the
