这类意见通常没有针对论文中的某个点展开评论，而是笼统的说论文存在什么问题。比如干巴巴地说论文缺乏创新，但又不说到底哪里有问题，所以没有实质性内容。针对这种问题，建议在修稿说明中耐心并放低姿态地见招拆招。例如审稿人说没有创新，那你可以说论文的创新到底体现在哪些地方。

（4）“建议型”意见

审稿人有时候会针对论文的工作给出一些建议。针对容易操作的意见，作者需接受审稿人的意见，并在论文中进行相应的修改，而对于较难实现的建议，作者可以较为谦虚的表示该项工作是未来的研究工作等。

（5）“失准型”意见

“失准型”意见是某些审稿人对作者的工作存在误解，从而给出一些不太合理的意见。碰到这种情况时，作者一般可不按照审稿人的意见修改论文，但必须在修稿说明中针对误解进行耐心地解释。

总而言之，作者要正确对待以达到最大化利用审稿人的审稿意见，让其成为提升科研论文质量的一种推力，而不是科研路上的阻力！

二. 写回复信时的几点原则

稿件我们已经修改完了，下一步就是要写回复信了，回复意见至关重要，这是我们对审稿意见的一次交流，也是对我们修改内容的总结，要让审稿人和编辑全面清晰的理解我们的修改思路全靠这封回复信，在下笔之前首先要清楚以下几点书写原则。

1. 思路清晰。

我们给编辑和审稿人写回信的时候，一定要思路清晰，反复阅读编辑的回信，给自己充足的思考时间。切忌为了缩短审稿时间，仓促回复，这样做往往事与愿违。

2.语气委婉。

我们给编辑和审稿人的回信一定要使用一种能传达观点、委婉的语言。即使审稿人的意见是错误的，也一定要委婉的表达自己的意见，不要用激烈的言语顶撞审稿人和否定审稿人的观点。审稿人是有知识的、善意的人，他们很有可能会因为你的不礼貌和不尊重而放弃你的论文，即使你的论文很有价值和意义。

3. 跟进论文修改。

如果我们完成了针对审稿人意见的回复信件，那么我们只是完成了一半的回复工作，我们还需要确保论文也进行了相应修改。通常编辑会要求我们在论文中标记修改的地方。

4. 提高可读性。

我们修改和回复的越简单易懂，我们得到回应的速度就越快。我们需要在回复信件里罗列出对所有问题的解答和论文的修改位置，同时在论文中标记修改之处，方便编辑和审稿人的阅读。

5. 坚持己见。

审稿人也会犯错。如果我们认为审稿人的意见有误，不要对审稿人的意见感到沮丧，我们比审稿人更加了解论文，应该礼貌地解释错误原因，并给出有力的证据。

6. 保持完整、简洁。

编辑和评审人员希望看到所有的要点都得到回复和解答，所以不要有意回避简单或者困难的问题，毕竟逃避是不能解决问题的。给审稿人的回复应该简洁、清晰，回复审稿尽量保持1-3页。冗长的回复可能延长审稿时间。

7. 关注实质。

作为一个科研工作者，我们要用科研实力去说话，不要去猜测审稿人是谁，以及他们的意图是什么。我们应该将精力集中在审稿人的意见上，回复审稿人的意见并修改论文会使论文更加令人信服。

三. 回复意见模板

小编翻了翻自己以前写的回复信，虽然说每个人的情况不同，回复信肯定也都是千差万别的，但多多少少还是有一定模板性的，尤其是对于第一次遇到这种情况的研究生朋友们，可以先从模板开始熟悉一下此类回复信的大体内容和形式。

第一部分是一般性的评论和修改建议（多为比较大的问题）。

Another issue on the methodological section is that...We are grateful for the suggestion. To be more clear and in accordance with the reviewer concerns, we have added a brief deion as follows: “ 接下来是第二部分“小的建议”，也就是需要逐条回复的那种，一般是用词用句的修改。
