Christmas Returns Policy

Orders made between 27/10/2023 and 16/12/2023 are eligible for extended returns until 14/01/2024, with standard returns within 28 days available for all purchases made after this period.

UK returns are FREE using the returns portal. You have 28 daysfrom the date of your purchase, to return your item to us for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International returns you will need to pay for the cost of your return.

HOMEWARE RETURNS

We do not currently offer free returns on homeware. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself.

Two-man delivery items can be picked up by French Connection. You will be charged for this service, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please call Customer Services on 0333 400 3285 or [email protected] to check if your purchase qualifies for a return pick up and for applicable charges.
