“酱香拿铁”引爆全网！“年轻人的第一杯茅台”到底好不好喝？

这篇推送是双语君品尝了贵州茅台与瑞幸咖啡推出的联名咖啡“酱香拿铁”后写下的，现在工位上还飘着白酒的香气。不得不说，今天的灵感来得有点快。

周一，号称“美酒加咖啡，就差这一杯”的酱香拿铁正式开卖。据介绍，酱香拿铁使用白酒风味厚奶，含53度贵州茅台酒，酒精度数低于0.5%。

In collaboration with Kweichow Moutai, the country's top liquor maker, domestic coffee chain Luckin Coffee introduced a Moutai-flavored latte on Monday, and it quickly became a hit. The latte, packaged with an iconic Moutai label and containing less than 0.5 percent alcohol by volume of 53 degrees Moutai, soon became one of the most discussed topics on Chinese social media, with many people curious about the combination of the traditional Chinese white liquor, or baijiu, and coffee.

美酒和咖啡的组合深深戳中了周一精神不振的打工人。大家纷纷下单，导致北京很多门店很快就出现了爆单售罄的情况。

Before midday, some Luckin branches in Beijing quickly sold out of their Moutai-flavored latte, and many of the shops had to close their online ordering systems as orders for the drink surged.‍

双语君去的是位于北京惠新东桥附近的一家门店，一名张姓店员表示，一上午都是以酱香拿铁订单为主。

An employee surnamed Zhang, who works at a Luckin branch near Huixingdong Bridge in Beijing, said the special latte made up most of the orders at her shop on Monday morning.

而且明显大家更喜欢加冰的版本，以至于店里的冰很快就用完了。她看着打印机上不停弹出的订单说：“前面排了200多单了，大部分都是酱香拿铁，真吓人，必须立刻马上停止接单了。”

"It seems that people prefer iced latte, so we quickly used up the ice at the branch. The number of orders was scary," she said. She said she had no choice but to temporarily close the branch's online ordering system at around 1:30 pm because there were more than 200 orders to be completed, nearly all of them being the Moutai-flavored lattes.

对于有消费者在订单备注“满杯茅台去咖啡液”，店员说他们确实看到过，并表示他们知道是大家在开玩笑，不过他们也确实做不到，因为店里使用的是调配好的白酒风味厚奶。

含酒咖啡影响工作和开车吗

“酱香拿铁”一度冲上微博热搜，从微信朋友圈看，大家也都在“带酒上班”。从拿到咖啡的那一刻，双语君就能闻到很浓的白酒香味，喝的时候有种酒心巧克力的感觉，但是没有上头的感觉。但也有消费者表示，喝完有点“晕乎”，不知道是不是心理作用，还有员工被领导提示喝完开会不要发酒疯。

People then started to share their reactions after trying the latte on social media. Most people agreed that the aroma of the white liquor is very strong. And while some people said they can taste the flavor of the liquor but not the actual alcohol, others said that they clearly felt dizzy after drinking the coffee.

喝了含酒的咖啡能不能开车，也成了大家热议的话题。瑞幸提示未成年人、孕妇、驾驶人员和酒精过敏者不建议饮用此款产品。

北京市交管局法制科的一位工作人员建议，消费者喝完含酒精饮品后不要再开车。消费者本身吃的粮食可能就含有酒精，这些含有乙醇的饮料、食物，会进一步增加血液中的酒精含量。而且每个人的体质不一样，对酒精的吸收情况也不一样。

Meanwhile, people also raised the question about if they are allowed to drive after drinking Moutai-flavored latte. Luckin stated that underage people, pregnant women, drivers and those who are allergic to alcohol are advised not to order the drink. On Monday, an officer with the Beijing Traffic Administration Bureau also asked people not to drive no matter how much alcohol is actually in the latte.

打造中国特色风味咖啡

双语君第一次喝茅台咖啡是在2022年9月在北京举办的一个咖啡节上，当时就感觉白酒的酱香味加上厚奶和咖啡毫不违和，完全就是中国版的爱尔兰咖啡。

与瑞幸联名推出“酱香拿铁”，作为传统高端白酒品牌的茅台既实现了大众化，又连接到了年轻人。此前，茅台与蒙牛、中街1946联合推出的冰淇淋产品，打的就是“年轻人的第一口茅台”的旗号。

Moutai has been looking for ways to be more accessible and pull in a new generation of users, said Zhu Danpeng, a food and drink analyst. “By working with Luckin Coffee, Moutai has made its brand younger and has generated more opportunities to develop its extended product portfolio for younger consumers in the future,” Zhu said. Moutai has been engaged in an array of marketing campaigns recently, including Moutai ice cream and other creative products.

随着咖啡在中国的广泛普及，全国各地的咖啡师也在用当地的原料创造着美味的中国风特调咖啡，比如来自四川的加了辣椒面的“怪味Dirty”，来自云南的滇西南酸木瓜美式，还有具有山东特色的加了崂山可乐和白花蛇草水的“海水美式”。
