I finally climbed to the north eighth floor of the Great Wall, and proudly shouted from there: I am a hero, and my echo came from the mountain.

　　我们下了长城去吃北京有名的“北京烤鸭”。远远的我就闻到了飘来的烤鸭味。来到烤鸭店，母亲买了一盘热乎乎的烤鸭，我忍不住口水都流出来了，我闷着头就吃。吃完后，我们全家都成了“花脸猫”。我想到了，我已经爬到了长城的北八楼，一定是好汉！

　　We went down the Great Wall to eat the famous Beijing roast duck. From afar, I could smell the smell of roasted duck wafting in. When I arrived at the roast duck restaurant, my mother bought a hot plate of roast duck. I couldnt help but drool, so I ate it with my head down. After finishing, our whole family became "flower faced cats". I thought of it, I have climbed to the north eighth floor of the Great Wall, I must be a hero!

　　北京，再见，我和父亲母亲准时搭着晚上的火车依依不舍地离开了北京。

　　Beijing, goodbye. My parents and I took the evening train on time and left Beijing reluctantly.

　　今天，我们参加北京的一日游去爬长城。坐了一个多小时的车到了八达岭长城。我在下面看长城是很高的。我上去爬呀爬。很快就要到顶了。我觉得一点都不累，可妈妈就累得不行了。哈哈，看来还是我历害。

　　Today, we are participating in a one-day trip to Beijing to climb the Great Wall. I took a car ride for over an hour to reach the Badaling Great Wall. I see that the Great Wall is very high from below. I climb up and down. It will soon reach its peak. I dont feel tired at all, but my mother is extremely tired. Haha, it seems that its still my fault.

　　在快要到顶的时候，我们去把全家照拷到了杯子上。我们爬到顶后又爬回了下来。从长城回来后导游带我们去了一个卖珠宝的店。那里的`服务员给我们做了一个实验。她们把一根头发绑在一个玉镯上用打火机烧，头发竟然烧不断，太神奇了。从长城回来我们就在中途下了车，因为我们要去鸟巢水立方玩。那边的晚上景色太美了。

　　As we were about to reach the top, we went and handcuffed the whole family photo onto the cup. We climbed to the top and then climbed back down. After returning from the Great Wall, the tour guide took us to a jewelry store. The waiter there conducted an experiment for us. They tied a strand of hair to a jade bracelet and burned it with a lighter, but the hair kept burning. Its amazing. We got off the car midway back from the Great Wall because we were going to the Birds Nest Water Cube to play. The night view over there is too beautiful.

　　水立方鸟巢都亮起了灯，广场上也到处是五颜六色的灯光。漂亮极了。特别是水立方，不断变化着五色光，蓝，红，黄，绿，白。特别全都是蓝色时，就象是蓝蓝的大海，真是太漂亮了。只可惜晚上进不去，听说里面可以滑雪的。我好想好想去滑雪啊!可惜不行。如果白天来就可以了，不过我们没有时间了，再说白天也没有灯光，水立方也不会这么漂亮。爸爸说了，以后带我去真正的滑雪场去滑雪，我好期待啊!

　　The Water Cube Birds Nest is lit up, and the square is filled with colorful lights. Its extremely beautiful. Especially the Water Cube, constantly changing with five colors of light: blue, red, yellow, green, and white. Especially when its all blue, its like a blue ocean, its really beautiful. Unfortunately, I cant get in at night. I heard you can go skiing inside. I really want to go skiing! Unfortunately, its not possible. If it were during the day, it would be fine, but we dont have time anymore. Besides, there are no lights during the day, and the Water Cube wont be so beautiful. Dad said, take me to a real ski resort to go skiing in the future, I look forward to it!

　　During winter vacation, my parents took me to Beijing to play. They told me that Beijing is the capital of China, a world-renowned ancient capital, and also a modern metropolis.

　　说北京是“古都”是因为他保存着明、清时候的古代建筑，他们有故宫、颐和园、天坛、圆明园和十三陵等等。

　　我去了故宫颐和园。参观故宫的人太多太多了，其中有很多朋友，还有很多国外人。故宫很雄壮，它是皇帝办公和休息的地方，里面有雕龙的宝座，还有玉做的花瓶等。我想仔细看，可是人太多了，最后我到了御花园，那里是都是长了几百年的柏树、松树、还有亭子、假山和荷花池，里面有鲜艳的荷兰花池和小金鱼。

　　I went to the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace. There are too many people visiting the Forbidden City, including many friends and many foreigners. The Forbidden City is very majestic. It is the place where the emperor works and rests, with a throne of carved dragons and jade vases inside. I wanted to take a closer look, but there were too many people. In the end, I arrived at the Imperial Garden, where there were cypress and pine trees that had grown for hundreds of years, as well as pavilions, rockeries, and lotus ponds. Inside, there were bright Dutch flower ponds and small goldfish.

　　还有闻名世界的长城。在月球上能看见地球上的'唯一建筑就是长城。它有6000多公里长，它是防止敌人侵略我们的军事建筑。爬长城可累了，我想古代的人还要搬石头建长城多难呀！

It is over 6000 kilometers long and serves as a military building to prevent enemies from invading us. Climbing the Great Wall is tiring. 　　我们走的时候，和妈妈姐姐去了电视塔。我们站在最高的地方看北京，北京城可美了，可大了，以后我也要到北京读大学，可以更好地了解北京。

　　When we were leaving, we went to the TV tower with our mother and sister. We stand at the highest point to see Beijing. The city is so beautiful and big. In the future, I will also go to Beijing to study at a university, so that I can better understand Beijing.

　　暑假的时候我去北京五日游了，那是我第一次乘坐了飞机，我很开心。最遗憾的就是爸爸妈妈没陪我去，因为他们工作实在很忙走不开。我和我奶奶、大妈妈、哥哥还有一些大妈妈朋友一起去的。

　　During the summer vacation, I went on a five-day trip to Beijing. It was my first time taking a plane and I was very happy. The most regrettable thing is that my parents didnt accompany me because they were very busy with work and couldnt leave. I went with my grandmother, big mom, brother, and some big mom friends.

　　北京，是我国的首都。坐上飞往北京的飞机，我非常的.高兴。因为是中午的飞机，我可以从窗口往外看，一朵朵浮云像棉花糖一样飘在空中，轻轻地游动，感觉像棉花糖一样，我多伸出手去抓来尝尝天空中的棉花糖呀。飞机的速度就是不一样，一眨眼就到了天津。然后我们旅游团的大巴去北京的。

　　Beijing is the capital of our country. I am very happy to board the plane to Beijing. 　　这些行程当中最让我值得说起的就是我爬了长城，一开始大人们还担心我小孩子会累的爬不上去，或者是上去了下不来。但是最后我都是靠自己上去自己下来的，导游叔叔还表扬了我，我很遵守秩序，也不乱跑，一起行动听导游叔叔的。

　　The most noteworthy part of these itineraries for me is that I climbed the Great Wall. At first, adults were worried that my children would be too tired to climb up or down. But in the end, I relied on myself to get up and down, and the tour guide uncle even praised me. I followed the order very well and didnt run around. We acted together and listened to the tour guide uncles advice.

　　最后叔叔还奖励了我一支钢笔，还希望我好好读书，将来能上清华北大。我非常感谢叔叔对我这么大的期望，我会好好学习的，尽量不辜负你对我的期望。

　　In the end, my uncle also rewarded me with a pen and hoped that I could study hard and attend Tsinghua University and Peking University in the future. I am very grateful for Uncles high expectations of me. I will study hard and try my best not to disappoint your expectations of me.

　　星期三晚上，我和父亲、母亲一起坐火车去北京。在火车上，我往窗外一看，好黑呀！我觉得真没意思，真想快点到北京。过了很长时间，最终到北京了。

　　On Wednesday evening, I took a train with my father and mother to Beijing. On the train, I looked out the window and it was so dark! I think its really boring. I really want to get to Beijing as soon as possible. After a long time, I finally arrived in Beijing.

　　第二天上午我们去了奥林匹克公园，里面有“鸟巢”和“水立方”，“鸟巢”是国家体育馆，外形像一个巨大的鸟巢；“水立方”是国家游泳中心，像一个方盒子，方盒子的外面有好多水泡。那里的风景真好，空气清新，蓝天、白云、河流、绿色草坪装点着漂亮的奥林匹克公园。母亲给我照了几张相，我也给父亲、母亲照了几张相。

　　The next morning, we went to the Olympic Park, which had the "Birds Nest" and "Water Cube" inside. 　　In the afternoon, we went to Peking University and Tsinghua University. We entered Peking University, also known as Yanjing University. We wandered around the campus and came to a lake. My mother said, "This is the last named lake." The water of the lake was green, and the trees were lush. There was a beautiful tower by the lake called Boya Tower, which was reflected on the surface of the lake. The lake was a place for students to enjoy the beautiful scenery and rest outside of class. We went to Tsinghua University again, but unfortunately we didnt go because all the students were in class.

　　时间过得真快呀，已经晚上了，我们恋恋不舍的'回宾馆了。

　　Time flies so fast. Its already evening, and we are reluctant to leave and return to the hotel.

　　I have been to beijing for a travel. it was a great journey！

　　we have went to see the imperial palace and the great wall and these let me feel that i was proud to be a chinese. the imperial palace noted the history. there were many antiques which we could espy the great culture . from the great wall，it was a well-known wonder in the world.it is made of big stones which was too heavy to bring even uesing it to buil a construction of ruggedization. what a great grandeur！

　　Beijing is our capital city which is famous for its long history. Now we have a one-day tour plan for you.

　　In the morning, you can start the day at the Great Wall. Its one of the greatest wonders in the world. Its so magnificent that you cant go to Beijing without visiting the Great Wall. At noon, you can go to the Summer Palace.

　　There are so many interesting sites, such as Wanshou Mountain, Kunming Lake, Suzhou Street, and some other ancient palaces. So you can climb Wanshou Mountain first. The view on the top is so wonderful. Next, you can go boating on Kunming Lake, and then, walk on Suzhou Street to enjoy the life of regions south of the Yangtze River.

　　In the afternoon, you can go to have a long walk on Tiananman Square, in order to see the city well, and then you can visit the Palace Museum. There you can see different objects of different periods. They are of great value.

　　In the evening, the Front Gate Walking Street is a good place to go where you can buy various kinds of souvenirs and clothes.

　　Most buildings there have the traditional Chinese styles. Maybe you can know some history of ancient Beijing.

　　It took us two hours to go there by plane .As soon as we arrived there ,we went to visit the Palace Museum and Tian’an men Square . The next day we went to the Summer Palace . The view there was very beautiful .

　　We tasted many famous delicious Beijing foods . such as Beijing Duck .I also bought some souvenirs for my friends .Although we felt very tired ,we enjoyed ourselves very much . I hope to visit Beijing again very soon.
