去泰国留学，签证的办理是很关键的，为了确保同学能够在泰国合法居留和学习，这里以泰国格乐大学为例，给大家分享一下泰国留学签证办理相关手续与问题。
来不及办理留学签证同学，可以免签到泰国，再进行转签！
一、转签办理流程
二、24小时地址报到
根据泰王国《1979年外籍人士入境法案》第38条规定，若民居屋主、房主、公寓/酒店等管理者接待任何被允许入境的外籍人士入住，该民居屋主、房主、公寓/酒店等管理者须在24小时内到当地所在移民局上报，若当地没有移民局，须到当地警察局上报。请在抵达泰国24小时内至宿舍管理处提交护照办理24小时住址证明。该证明是学生办理泰国学生签转签和续签的必须文件。
住校方公寓的同学，由校方公寓协助办理出具，住自己找的公寓的同学请自行联系房东索要。外国人抵泰“24小时住址证明”说明与学生资料如下：
该证明全称叫为:The notification of the house-master,the owner or the possessor of the residence,or the hotel manager where an alien has stayed.
特别提示：
如果您周末或者假期住在外面的酒店，按照规定，酒店会给您做地址报到。您返回学校公寓时，原则上需要重新做“24小时住址证明”，如果地址改变未报到或没有于24小时内报到，转签或续签时，必须向移民局缴清罚款后才能继续办理。
三、90天报到
泰国签证持有者需要每90天向移民局报到一次，以确认合法居留状态。请长期在泰的同学按照移民局的规定和指南，在规定的时间内完成报到手续，确保您能顺利进行下一次续签。尤其本科同学，请务必进行90天报到。
四、回头签
如果您计划离开泰国并在未来返回继续学习，您需要办理回头签证(Re-entryPermit)以保持您的签证持续有效性。
请提前与签证和学生服务中心联系，了解回头签证的要求、程序和时间限制，并确保您按时办理相关手续。该业务非校方服务，因此没有校车，需自行前往移民局。同时也可以出境前在机场办理，但需留足办理时间。
重要提醒：
出境泰国前必须办理回头签，否则出境后，原学生签立即作废，下次入境泰国需得全部重办。
