Biography

朱琨,教授、博士生导师。2012年博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU)计算机科学与工程学院,导师为Dusit Niyato 教授 (IEEE Fellow) 与 Ping Wang 教授。2015年11月加入南京航空航天大学计算机科学与技术学院。目前担任CCF 网络与数据通信专委会委员,江苏省网络与分布计算专委会副主任。主要研究方向包括自主决策技术、智能网络与计算、异构无线网络、资源管理、车联网辅助智慧交通。在IEEE JSAC、TMC、TWC、TCOM、TCCN、TSMCS、IoTJ 等本领域著名学术期刊及IEEE GLOBECOM、ICC、WCNC等权威会议发表论文六十余篇,Google Scholoar引用1000余次。担任多个期刊编辑与客座编辑,担任GLOBECOM等会议TPC成员。2015年入选江苏特聘教授,2018年入选南航长空之星人才计划、南航杰出人才培养计划,获得2018 ACM 新星奖分会奖,IEEE WCNC 2019最佳论文。主持国家自然科学基金、KJW创新特区、江苏省优秀青年科学基金等各类项目12项。
