1997-2002年，西北农林科技大学动物科技学院学习，获农学学士学位

2007-今，湖北师范大学生命科学学院任教

2013-2014，湖北天下鲟业有限公司副总经理，湖北省博士服务团

2014-2016，湖北师范大学发展规划处，副处长

    2016-2017，美国农业部农业研究局功能基因组学与动物育种实验室，访问学者

研究领域

主要从事动物功能基因组学研究方面的科研工作。具体研究领域包括：

■社会性动物品级分化、社会性形成与寿命调控机制
