got this motherboard as a return from amazon so figured id get the better one for the same price as the -f series to see if its worth more. coming from a b450-f gaming i immidiately noticed the board is alot thiccer and heavier and higher build quality over all so needless to say i was pleasantly suprised with this. this means their must be better thiccer copper traces in the mobo as well as prob better vrms and more internal connecetions. before i put my 5600x in i had changed nothing but the motherboard and immidately noticed very good and higher fps just from the motherboard alone. im not sure if maybe my old bopard was defective or what but i did always realize that i wasnt getting the fps levels in games i was supposed to compared to similar built pcs in benchmarks ect. i changed alot in this build expecting bf 2042 to be alot better than it was so i bought a 3070ti from a 2060 super f.e, a 5600x from a 3600 new corsair rgb fans, nzxt 850e psu, and this asus b550-E motherboard and wow what a diffrence. i fdo think had i not changed the motherboard my fps scores would have still been below average so im glad i did it..
