I always imagine that I can push a shopping cart, take my time do some shopping or at least window shopping; no disturbing phone calls, no rushing and take my time to make something nice for my family. Unfortunately, I always eat at eating houses and canteen, where the foods have atrophied my taste buds.

Eating at restaurants can provide opportunities to promote relationship with friends and co-workers. Whenever I have colleagues leave my company, we will group together to enjoy the classical atmosphere and enjoy stylish colorful decoration and renovation of restaurants; of course, the delicious food will satisfied our stomach. We feel sad whenever our colleagues are leaving our company; we take the opportunities to gave them our encouragement and bless to their bright future.

The most time I enjoy eating at restaurants is weekends and holidays with my family. Different kinds of food and deserts are our choices. I treasure the happy hours with my family. Apart from those tasty food, been served well is another reason we choose high class restaurants. I have been working in service line; I have my privilege to take the chance to experience how my customers feel.

No doubt, there are numbers of advantages eating at restaurants. We can not avoid the drawbacks been eating at restaurants for a long time. Restaurant food emphasize on food layout, accumulation intake of artificial color preservative will be harmful to our health; in order to make food tasty, too much SMG and salt been added. This will cause elevation of blood pressure and imbalanced electrolytes level. Long hours cooked food lost vitamins, especially for vegetables.

To sum up, in order to keep us healthy, a balanced diet of choice is a necessary. Try to balance the amount of food, necessary nutrition elements intake when cooking at home. Try to make up the inadequate intake in other way; when eating at restaurants too often. Food addictives can not be overlooked. These are the points we need to bear in mind.
