糖尿病性偏侧舞蹈症2例报道并文献分析

摘　要：目的 通过分析糖尿病性偏侧舞蹈症（Diabetic hemiballism-hemichore,DHB-HC）的临床症状、影像学表现、发病机制、治疗方案及预后分析，以提高大家对这一疾病的认识，降低临床医生的误诊率。方法 回顾性分析2例糖尿病性偏侧舞蹈症的老年女性患者的临床表现、实验室检查及影像学特点，其中1例血酮体阳性、1例血酮体阴性。结果 1例在血糖控制良好后，舞蹈症状明显减轻，1例在降糖联合使用氟哌啶醇后症状明显减轻。结论 DHB-HC临床表现为糖尿病患者血糖控制欠佳时合并不自主舞蹈样运动，伴或不伴有酮症酸中毒，MRI 主要表现为单侧基底节区 T1WI 高信号。此类病例少见，甚至罕见，需及时准确的作出诊断，以减少误诊几率，为治疗提供帮助。
