Bought first in September. In 4 weeks the replaced with refurbished not new! It was garbage. I had to fight to return it and bought a new one at Xmas. It’s worse than the other 2. Battery life is probably the worst feature. I don’t use music, pay, or any features except fitness and Tex alerts. I am extremely lucky to get 36 hours. Their service is terrible. You can’t speak to a supervisor, they refuse. They email you back. The watch has difficulty syncing with the app…. Everyday. It takes 10 mins or fails to sync. Constant restarting app or phone. The tracking is terrible. If I run on treadmill in exercise treadmill mode for 5 I manage to climb 192 flights of stairs. I have a medically verified irregular heartbeat that had never once been picked up by the watch or the special ecg. This has been the worst purchase. Still have it because I have t de edited on garmin (my hubby loves) or apple.
