中交第三公路工程局有限公司（以下简称“中交三公局”）成立于2004年，是隶属于世界500强企业——中国交通建设股份有限公司的大型国有施工企业，公司总部位于北京，注册资本21.56亿元。公司业务涵盖公路、铁路、房建、桥梁、隧道、市政公用工程、城市轨道交通、机场航站楼及其他土木工程项目的设计、施工、咨询等，施工足迹遍及全国近30个省（市）、自治区，并在亚洲、非洲、南美洲、大洋洲、欧洲等10多个国家开辟了市场。公司下设13个子分公司、5个参股公司、10个国内区域公司、4个境外区域总部、1个综合甲级试验室及多个项目公司，现有员工9000余人。 

公司秉承“固基修道，履方致远”的企业使命，坚持“交融天下，建者无疆”的企业精神，承建了一大批享誉海内外，具有广泛影响力的重大工程项目。在国内，参建了世界上穿越沙漠最长的高速公路—京新高速公路，承建了全国最长白色路面工程—广西三柳高速公路，打造了青海省循化至隆务峡高速公路生态环保之路；参建的青岛海湾大桥、芜湖长江二桥先后荣获国际桥梁大会最高奖—乔治·理查德森奖；参建了全国第一条智能高铁—京张高铁；承建的哈尔滨地铁、佛山地铁等一系列城市轨道交通工程为城市打通了便捷交通网络。在海外，公司是国内基建行业和国家“一带一路”、“走出去”战略实施的主力军，打造了一张张亮丽的“中国名片”。在斯里兰卡，以五天一层的施工速度建设了中国交建海外第一高层建筑“香格里拉”公寓酒店；在孟加拉，建设库尔纳水厂解决了当地13万人民的用水问题；在肯尼亚，建设了东非最大的场站—蒙内铁路内罗毕南站和蒙巴萨西站，守护着首条“中国标准”输出的铁路。

CCCC Third Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), founded in 2004, is a large  state-owned construction enterprise affiliated to China Communications Construction Company Limited, which is on the list of the Fortune Global 500. The Company is based in Beijing with a registered capital of RMB 2.156 billion and its line of business covering the design, construction and consultation of road, railway, house construction, bridge, tunnel, municipal utilities, urban rail transit, airport terminal and other civil engineering projects. It operates in nearly 30 provinces (cities) and autonomous regions of China and has exploited markets in more than 10 countries in Asia, Africa, South America, Oceania and Europe. The Company has 13 subsidiaries and branch offices, 5 shareholding companies, 10 domestic regional companies, 4 overseas regional headquarters, 1 integrated class-A laboratory and several project companies, with more than 9,000 employees.

Adhering to its corporate mission of “Only solid foundation, good morality and proper behavior can lead to a better future” and sticking to its enterprise spirit of “Transportation integrates the world, and the builder's field is boundless” , the Company has undertaken a large number of major engineering projects with broad influence which are renowned both at home and abroad. In China, we have participated in the construction of Beijing-Xinjiang Expressway, the longest expressway across desert in the world, undertaken the construction of Sanjiang-Liuzhou Expressway, the longest white pavement project in China, and built Xunhua-Longwuxia Expressway in Qinghai, an ecological road. The Qingdao Bay Bridge and Wuhu Yangtze River No.2 Bridge, which we participated in, won the George S. Richardson award, the highest award at the International Bridge Conference. We have participated in the construction of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway, the first intelligent high-speed railway in China. A series of urban rail transit projects, which we built, such as Harbin Metro and Foshan Metro, have provided a convenient transportation network for the city.In the oversea field, the Company is a main force in the infrastructure industry in China and to implement China’s “Belt and Road Initiative” and “Going Global” strategy. It has created a number of attractive “business cards of China”.In Sri Lanka, the Company completed construction of the “Shangri-La Hotel”, the No. 1 overseas high-rise building constructed by CCCC at the speed of one floor every five days. In Bangladesh, it constructed Khulna Water Treatment Plant to solve the problem of water supply for 130,000 local people. In Kenya, it constructed the largest stations in East Africa, i.e. Nairobi South Station and Mombasa West Station of the Mombasa Nairobi Railway, the first railway exported based on “Chinese standards”.
