徐菁媛

徐菁媛，复旦大学国际政治专业法学学士（2014）、香港城市大学公共政策专业哲学博士（2019），复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院博士后（2021）。现任复旦大学全球公共政策研究院青年副研究员，主要研究领域为环境与气候治理、公共预算管理、区域协同治理与政策过程理论等。学术研究成果先后发表于Public Administration Review，Climate Policy，Environmental Politics, Public Money and Management, Environmental Education Research，《公共行政评论》等国内外SSCI、权威期刊。国际公共政策学会 (IPPA)、国际公共行政学会(IIAS)和美国中西部政治科学协会(MPSA)会员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目。
