with结构做定语

一、with 结构作定语，修饰前面的名词 （可以是紧跟的名词，也可以是不紧跟的名词，）作定语，带有.....的特征。

请问老师，这种判断with结果做定语，修饰哪个词，只能凭句子的逻辑和含义吗？因为传统的which that who等词引导的定语从句，先行词和关系词都是紧紧相连的。
