如何在Excel中使用下拉列表进行VLOOKUP？

I want to extend this question: I have a table with Vlookup, which is used to create a Dropdown list depended on another selection of a first dropdown list. Now if I Change the selection on the first Dropdown list, the table gets changed and the second Dropdown list is altered. However,only the entries/items in the second Dropdown list Change, but not the already choosen entries/items of this list in one cell (e.g. Keeper: ("B2")). How can I update also already choosen items?
