更正楼主的观点: qPCR 不一定与反转录相关,除了可以用 cDNA 作为模板,也可以用 基因 组 DNA 等作为模板。 而反转录 PCR 也不一定非要与荧光定量相关, 从 mRNA 中反转录得到 cDNA ,然后 PCR 扩增出目的 基因 ,这也是反转录 PCR 。
综上,那 RT-qPCR (也有人写成 qRT-PCR )就很好理解了,就是结合了荧光定量技术的反 转录 PCR : 先从 RNA 反转录得到 cDNA ( RT ) , 然后用 Real-time PCR 进行 定量分析 ( qPCR ) 。
