Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow==2.x

在服务器上运行指令pip3 install tensorflow==2.8.0安装Tensorflow2.8.0，遇到报错：

问题出在服务器版本是32位的系统，从TensorFlow 2.0版本开始，TensorFlow不再支持32位操作系统。因此，不能在32位的Linux系统上安装TensorFlow 2.x。

TensorFlow 2.x只支持64位的操作系统。 如果希望在Linux系统上使用TensorFlow 2.x，需要重新安装64位版本的Linux操作系统，并重新使用pip3安装。请注意，计算机硬件也必须支持64位操作系统。

如果只有32位的Linux系统，只能使用旧版本的TensorFlow，例如TensorFlow 1.x。但需要注意的是，旧版本的TensorFlow可能不包含最新的功能和改进，也可能会存在一些安全漏洞和错误。
