HiWhy do I only have HP ColorLaserJet M253-M254 PCL 6 in my Device Manager?In WIN10 Settings for Scanners and Printers - I can se:"NP171975 (HP ColorLaserJet M253-M254dw)" "Drivers missing".Why I am looking into this is when I was printing a load of different pdf's. All of the sudden the pdf of two pages, was only printing the second page - 4 times! On 4 different papers. And the setting of the paper size was set to inches (something about 8*something) instead of "A4" and mm - I am in Sweden in metric country with everything I own, set on metrics. Also - the printer always wants to have the paper from first feed (the one in the front, where you feed the paper manually in) instead from the second feed (from the bottom wit all the papers loaded in). So I have tried to uninstall drivers and reinstall - with the exact same behavier. I have installed all the programs from HP. These are the ID numbers of my printer:Serial no: [personal info removed]Product no: T6B60AI have connected it through USB.The wifi connection doesnt show. Thanks for any help.SincerelyHenrietta
