这款联想电脑主板bios适用于联想H61系列主板升级使用，其中最关键的就是解决低版本bios不支持更多高性能cpu的问题，包括E3神教系列CPU。如：intel至强E3-1230V2的cpu。2013年之前的h61主板bios是不支持更高性能的cpu的，如I3-I5-I7等等，如：I5-3470，I7-3770。网上搜索了很多bios，发现好多都是需要注册或者付费才能下载的，尤其是CSDN的网站，好多资源都要付费才可以下载。现在免费提供一下这款bios下载。亲测联想IH61M主板v4.2版本成功更新。

使用方法：

解压缩安装包后，进入\f1jt74usa文件夹，右键管理员身份运行Flash.cmd。

按提示选择N跳过序列号和机型的更新。然后会自动开始更新，此过程千万不要短电，然后电脑会自动重启，重启后会进BIOS再次更新，此过程一样千万不要断电。更新完成后再次重启进入系统，更新完成。

提示：如果BIOS版本比较旧，需要先刷新到F1KT73AUS然后再刷F1KT74AUS。直接刷F1KT74AUS会报错的。可以查看下面更新日志，查看自己的主板当前BIOS版本是否支持升级到最新版。密码oswhy.com
