Keychron Q13 Pro (Alice Layout) QMK/VIA Wireless Custom Mechanical Key – Keychron

As a long time Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard user, I have been searching for a long time to find a Mechanical keyboard that offered a split layout and also included ten-key. The Keychron Q13 Pro is finally the keyboard that I have been looking for. After using the keyboard for a few weeks, I am very happy with the purchase.

Good: * A split layout mechanical keyboard that includes ten-key * Support for both Windows and Mac * Bluetooth support (personally haven't used) * USB-C cable comes with USB-A adapter * Customizing the keyboard with Via is very easy and it is great the customizations stay with the keyboard, so it acts the same on all machines you use it on.

Improvements I would like to see: * I wish the keyboard just came with the acoustic upgrade pre-installed. As a novice in the mechanical keyboard world, I am pretty hesitant to fully take apart the keyboard. So I only ended up adding the bottom layer. With the price point of this keyboard, it should just have been included. * I wish you had the option to choose Cherry Profile keycaps instead of the KSA ones. I personally feel the KSA ones are too high and made typing uncomfortable. After swapping out the keycaps with cherry ones, I am much happier now. * I kind of wish that the keyboard had the full layout instead of 96%. I ended up remapping the M keys to Page Up / Page Down / Home / End / Insert because they are very useful for programmers.

Overall, I highly recommend the keyboard, however you may want to order a set of cherry keycaps to find the right profile for yourself.
