PANSS 阳性与阴性症状量表

PANSS是一种用于测量精神分裂症患者症状严重程度的医学量表，由Kay SR, Fiszbein A, Opler LA.于1987年提出。它广泛应用于抗精神病治疗的研究中。Positive and Negative指的是精神分裂症的两种症状，psotive symptoms指的是正常功能的excess or distortion (如幻觉和妄想)；表现为正常功能减弱或丧失。 医师经过严格的培训，通过和患者进行40到50分钟的简单的谈话，对30种不同症状进行1-7分的打分，得出其PANSS评分。

由于每个项目的最低分是1分，而不是0分，所以患者PANSS总分不能低于30分。得分通常是分开给出的积极项目，消极项目，和一般的精神病理学。在最初发表的PANSS量表中，对101名患有精神分裂症的成年患者(20-68岁)进行了测试，平均得分为： Positive scale = 18.20 Negative scale = 21.01 General psychopathology = 37.74
