原因

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook 尝试使用域凭据与Microsoft Dynamics CRM进行连接。

解决方案

如果要作为其他帐户进行身份验证，则需要使用当前凭据复选框自动取消选中 Connect。如果此复选框不可见，请再次从下拉列表中选择 CRM Online，或键入Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online URL。还可以从 Web 浏览器复制和粘贴 URL。
