PolyMag CRISPR kit is the only magnet assisted transfection reagent optimized to deliver high level of plasmid DNA and/or mRNA expressing Cas9 and guide RNA (gRNA). This reagent is based on our proprietary Magnetofection™ technology. The nanoparticles are composed of iron oxide magnetic core coated with cationic molecules. For your gene editing experiments, this reagent provides high transfection efficiency without toxicity.

图：PolyMag CRISPR共转染效率用于CRISPR-Cas9实验。将NIH-3t3、HeLa和MDCK细胞接种在完-全培养基中的24孔板中，转染时最佳密度为50-70%汇合。用GFP-Cas9质粒和RFP pDNA转染细胞，然后在37oC下孵育过夜。转染后24h荧光显微镜监测GFP和RFP表达。
